Do you offer free donation pickup?

Yes! We offer FREE donation pickup for qualifying items.

Free pickup is not automatic. Items must first be submitted for review and approved by our team.

How does free donation pickup work?

It's simple:

1. Submit your items.
Complete our online donation request and upload clear photos.

2. We review your request.
Our team reviews the condition and eligibility of your items.

3. We contact you to schedule.
If approved, we'll contact you to arrange your free pickup.

Please do not call to schedule a free donation pickup before submitting the online request.

How long does it take to hear back about my pickup request?

Our team generally responds to donation pickup requests within 1–2 business days.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that your items will qualify for free pickup.

Why do I need to send pictures?

Photos allow us to determine whether an item is appropriate for resale before sending a pickup team.

Clear photos help us evaluate the item's:

  • Overall condition
  • Size
  • Style
  • Visible damage
  • Resale suitability

Providing good photos helps make the approval and scheduling process faster.

Can I drop donations off instead?

Yes. Our current donation drop-off hours are:

Monday – Wednesday
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Items are still subject to our donation acceptance guidelines. Please do not leave donations outside the store when we are closed.

Can you refuse a donation when you arrive?

Yes. Final acceptance is based on the actual condition of the item at the time of pickup or drop-off.

If an item's condition is substantially different from the photographs submitted, or if the item is damaged, unsafe, excessively stained, infested, molded, or otherwise unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to decline it.
